Wes Reese is the visionary entrepreneur and driving force behind one of Charlotte, North Carolina's premier window companies. With over 13 years of hands-on experience in the home improvement industry, Wes has cultivated a reputation for excellence, innovation, and customer-centricity.

Wes operates Window Depot USA of Charlotte with a clear mission: to provide unparalleled quality, service, and value to customers throughout the Charlotte, Gaston county, Cleveland county, and York county areas.

Wes's journey in the home improvement industry began with his early exposure to the intricacies of construction and renovation projects. Over the years, he honed his expertise in various aspects of the industry, from first introduction to final walk-thru, Wes is hands on for a first class customer service experience.

As the owner of Window Depot Charlotte, Wes's leadership has been instrumental in shaping its growth and success. He has a keen eye for identifying market trends and opportunities, allowing the company to stay ahead of the curve and remain competitive in a rapidly evolving industry landscape.

Beyond his role as a business owner, Wes is deeply invested in giving back to the community. He actively supports local charities and organizations. He is hands-on with his local YMCA and youth sports. Also, enjoys volunteering with the Charlotte Checkers as an off-ice official.

JOSH DEATON - GENERAL MANAGER

Josh comes with over 15 years of customer service experience and four years of construction. His primary focus is delivering and executing window sales, installation, and to deliver a quality product to every customer.

Josh is an NC native and graduate from East Carolina University.

In Josh's free time he enjoys sports, hiking, and pickleball with friends and family.
